Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Maureen V Beauty LLC and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. My online booking system sends out a reminder 48 hours in advance. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments, reschedules and/or cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card on file, which is now required when booking an appointment.

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service(s) amount.

If you can not respect my policies, then I can not afford to do business with you. This Cancellation Policy allows me the time to inform other clients of any availability in order to better serve everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.


COVID-19 Protocol

My guests’ safety is my #1 priority.

  • I am now fully vaccinated (post-two weeks of my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine) - but many of the sanitation protocols listed below happened before COVID, and will continue to be implemented always!

  • Hand sanitizer and facial tissues are readily available at the studio.

  • All surfaces and product bottles are sanitized and disinfected in between every guest.

  • All linens used are changed in between every guest.

  • Disposable gloves are worn throughout all services.

  • A face mask will be worn by myself (the esthetician) during all services.

  • There is no penalty (cancellation fee) if a guest wakes up with cold or flu symptoms and needs to cancel an appointment on the day of - but please notify me as soon as possible.

  • Please do not bring any family or friends to your appointment.

  • Please reschedule your appointment if:

    • You have or have had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above.

    • You now, or have recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat or shortness of breath.

    • You have been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms.
